Fetal Resorption

[HyperLink1]
During the gestational stage, embryos were exposed to different kinds of Chinese herbal medicines to test their potential toxicity on the development of embryo. Largehead Atractylodes Rhizome, Himalayan Teasel Root, Chinese Angelica, Eucommia Bark decreased the embryonic growth and development. Chinese Dodder Seed, Milkvetch Root and Tangerine peel induced fetal resorption. In organogenesis period, adverse outcomes were not common, but some medicines were with a high fetal resorption rate.
